Beta Prime Construction & Engineering is a Ghana-based construction, engineering and project management company. We work as both contractor and engineering and project-management partner: one accountable team from early planning to final completion.
Founded in 2026 by professionals with more than 20 years of combined experience, we deliver civil works, residential construction and commercial construction for private clients.
Ghana is our current market. Côte d'Ivoire is our planned expansion.

About Beta Prime

Beta Prime was formed by professionals whose careers span Ghana, the Middle East and South Asia.
That mix of cultures, technical backgrounds and construction experience is our advantage. We combine international practice with local knowledge to develop solutions suited to the Ghanaian market.
We founded Beta Prime to deliver more than construction: stronger engineering input, better coordination, clear communication and greater value. Every client should feel informed, supported and confident from the first meeting to the final handover.
Our leadership brings experience across residential, warehouse, commercial and infrastructure projects, with strong exposure to EPC and FIDIC-based contracts.

Amado Maroun Boustani
Founding Partner & General Director
A civil engineer and construction professional with more than 20 years of experience in project management, tendering, cost control, planning and site execution across Ghana and the Middle East. Amado has worked on residential, warehouse, commercial and infrastructure projects, with strong exposure to EPC and FIDIC-based contracts.

Samy Perumal
Founding Partner | Operations Director
Samy leads day-to-day operations, bringing strong hands-on experience in site execution, workforce supervision, subcontractor coordination, procurement and logistics. He is responsible for productivity, quality, safety and the timely delivery of every project.

Elizabeth Ohene
Projects & Client Relations Manager
Elizabeth is the link between clients, consultants and project teams. She manages client relations, project follow-up, documentation, proposals and stakeholder coordination to keep every project running smoothly.
